Our real estate Management, Construction and Development Company began in 1989 as a father and two son team- Kenneth, Joel and Richard Heller. What started out as a tract home community in Palmdale, CA slowly developed into Heller Properties as we acquired dozens of commercial and residential properties, overseeing hundreds of tenants. Today, we are headquartered in Tarzana, CA, and loyal SoCal supporters. Both Joel and Richard are alumni of the USC School of Business. Richard Heller is our licensed General Contractor and is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction, assisting in tenant improvement work and remodels. Joel Heller is our CPA and has put various state of the art systems and technology into place that maximize investment returns. Our management team handles all our properties in a conscientious and professional manner with a focus on building strong tenant relationships while improving property profitability. We review every facet of the asset to ensure that expenses are reduced without deferring maintenance or reducing critical tenant services.
