When do I pay my rent & how?
Rent is due & payable on the 1st of the month & can be paid via our Online Tenant Portal, Check & or money order. Unfortunately we do not accept cash.
Can I use my security deposit for my last month of rent?
Unfortunately No, late fees shall accrue & will be deducted from your security deposit refund, if any.
How do I report a repair?
Contact us via our online tenant portal.
I can't get into my unit & or lost my keys, what should I do?
Contact your property manager via our online tenant portal.
I want to change the color of my unit & make other changes, may I do this?
Unfortunately no. If any alterations or other changes are made we will deduct from your security deposit.
Can I get a pet?
We love our pets but not all of our communities are pet friendly. Please speak to your property manager for details.
I want to break my lease, what do I do?
Contact your property manager. Landlord shall make every effort to mitigate damages. You still may be liable for rents & other charges.
What happens if I don't pay rent?
Late charges shall accrue & dependent on the length of non payment eviction proceedings will occur.
When I move out, how can I get my security deposit back?
Within 21 days in California or 30 days in Nevada upon your tendering of possession. Landlord shall send a security deposit form with any amounts owed.
